COURTNEY + DAVID | A RUSTIC ROMANTIC LOUDOUN COUNTY WEDDING

SHADOW CREEK EVENTS + WEDDINGS | PURCELLVILLE, VIRGINIA

Courtney began her wedding day preparations with a handful of her nearest and dearest girlfriends on hand. A mix of childhood friends, college roommates and of course her dearest family members. When I arrived to Courtney’s childhood home, I could hear the faint laughter and the wedding celebrations were in full effect. With their faith central to their wedding plans, they decided to have their wedding ceremony at Courtney’s beloved Catholic Church is Leesburg, Virginia and their reception was at the beautiful and serene Shadow Creek Farms in Purcellville, Virginia.

Courtney you are absolutely beautiful! Her getting ready wedding day photos were full of laughter, a few tears and of course a lot of love! I may have shed a tear or two (or three!!!) when Courtney’s mom was helping her beloved daughter get ready. When she placed the veil on her head, there was not a dry eye in the bedroom. It was truly a beautiful and poignant moment for Courtney + her family. The reality that today was her wedding day was in full effect.

Faith & family. The wedding ceremony took place at Courtney’s childhood Catholic Church in heart of downtown Leesburg, Virginia.

Courtney + David love the outdoors and wanted a beautiful scenic space that could accommodate their large families and dearest friends, the lovely Shadow Creek Ranch in Purcellville, Virginia was the perfect venue for their romance inspired wedding reception.
