With over 16 years behind the lens, I bring a seasoned eye and a soulful approach to fine art wedding and boudoir photography. I specialize in creating luminous, emotionally rich imagery that reflects not only the elegance of the day but the tender, unrepeatable moments in between—a quiet touch, a spontaneous laugh, a tear held back. Each story I tell is approached with intention, artistry, and deep devotion. My work is heartfelt and timeless, capturing love in its most poetic and authentic form.
Originally from the tranquil beauty of Southeastern Canada, I now live in Virginia with my husband and our three children. When I’m not photographing love stories, I’m often found in my garden, crafting a new sourdough recipe, or hosting intimate, candlelit dinners—complete with my signature mojito. A Libra and a romantic at heart, I believe in beauty, balance, and the kind of love that feels like home. And yes, I’ll always think retiring to Tuscany to restore a sun-drenched villa is the dream worth chasing.

In my garden, curating a serene and inviting European inspired backyard.
I enjoy a lazy, long weekend. In bed, binge watching a show with my hubby- no alarm needed, sipping coffee and enjoying a peaceful weekend at home.
We now have our dream backyard. Complete with pool and I'm blissfully in my Nancy Meyer's era. Complete with learning the art of sourdough, home decor and cultivating my gardens.
I adore hosing dinner parties and entertaining family and friends. Although our families reside in Minnesota and Canada, we look to any visits as a great excuse to celebrate. Great conversations, amazing food and incredible memories are always made.
I'm a wanderlust soul, and adore travelling. However, my family are homebodies, and my adventures are now closer to home, usually a new winery or a cabin in the mountains.

about the artist
Malie is an international award-winning wedding and boudoir portrait photographer. Her artwork has graced international art exhibitions worldwide, including in Hong Kong, the UK, and France. Her portraits have been exhibited at Art Takes Miami, Art Basel, Time Square, NYC, and Vogue Italia. Most notably, her artwork was recognized for the Exposure Award and selected for a private international exhibition at the iconic Louvre Museum in Paris, France.
