Last fall I was contacted by the lovely and talented Lil Acosta, the Wedding and Events Manager from the Hermitage Museum. Over a series of many phone calls we discussed creating a bridal portrait session that would be both modern, elegant and fashion inspired. These images would be used for their new marketing campaign of the Hermitage Museum as well as showcase the Bruce Munro light installation that was commissioned for a one time only event that wrapped up in the beginning of January 2015.

My heart was bursting with excitement.

We were inspired to create a bold new look for this bridal portrait session and loved the look and feel of the golden branches to use instead of a traditional floral bouquet. This paired beautifully with a Hailey Page wedding gown from Pure English Couture Bridal, the embellished gown was soft and and romantic. You can’t help but feel beautiful in this gown and our bride to be loved wearing her wedding dress!

The lush gardens and greenery of the Hermitage Museum are such a lovely backdrop for weddings and bridal portraits.

We loved creating a second bridal look with Jenna and another amazing Hailey Page wedding gown from Pure English Couture Bridal. The lush and cascading wedding bouquet was absolute beautifully and created by yours truly! Our brides looked positively radiant and a special thank you to our glam team, Brittney Moses and Elizabeth Alfier, Behind The Veil Salon. We took advantage of the gorgeous sunlight and loved strolling the grounds of the Hermitage Museum to capture these photos.
